Join LOYO & BONDAR, one of Bali’s top 5 leading property development companies.We're looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Manager to help grow our international client base.Responsibilities:Proactively sell our real estate properties to local and international clients.Guide clients through the buying and rental process with professionalism and expertise.Organize and lead property presentations and viewings.Build and nurture long-term client relationships.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of the real estate sales process.Knowledge of Bali’s property market is a strong advantage.Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.What We Offer:Competitive base salary of $2,000 + commission-based bonuses (earnings from $5,000/month).Career development in a fast-growing, successful company.Supportive team, dynamic work environment, and the chance to live and work in beautiful Bali.
