Real Estate (Senior) Asset Manager

Role Overview:A Real Estate (Senior) Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the full lifecycle of real estate assets, from onboarding and technical and legal due diligence to the completion of the monetization process in a timely manner, in line with the company’s business plan. The role involves overseeing deliverables from relevant parties, assessing their quality, and coordinating all necessary actions. This role reports to the Senior Asset Manager, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.Education:Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in real estate, Business, Finance, Law, or any Engineering disciplineProject Management knowledge and skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointNative-level Greek and fluency in EnglishKey Responsibilities: Coordination of day-to-day activitiesDeveloping and executing data-driven granular assets’ business plans to define optimal asset strategies, enhance profitability, and mitigate risksCoordinating external consultants, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverablesOverseeing the end-to-end management of assigned real estate assets, ensuring compliance with business objectives and regulatory requirementsFacilitating and/or coordinating technical and legal consultantsKeeping track of KPIsPreparing memos, presentations, and other reporting-related materialsVisiting assets for inspection or viewingsSales finalization preparation and monitoringExperience:4-6 years of experience in a relevant role within a REO company, multinational Advisory, REO Servicing, or Banking Organization (Real Estate)Valuation knowledge would be considered an assetSkills:DCF Models will be considered a strong assetExcellent analytical abilities, organized thinking, and attention to detailAbility to adapt to dynamic market conditions while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholdersEfficient time managementStrong organizational and communication skillsThis position requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can effectively manage multiple real estate assetsCritical thinking skillsCost analysisTeam worker and multi-tasking personality Please note that any personal data submitted as part of your application will be processed in accordance with our candidate employees privacy notice About the Group Resolute Group is a leading real estate services provider in Greece, with a strong interest on data and analytics.
