Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will act as a central hub for client-agent communications, document processing, and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth and timely execution of every stage in the real estate transaction lifecycle.This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in real estate support, excellent English communication skills, and experience handling cold calling and transaction coordination for the AU/NZ market.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or emailSchedule meetings, inspections, and follow-ups between clients and agents, maintaining a well-coordinated calendarMaintain and update transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycleDraft, format, and proofread contracts, listing agreements, and other real estate documentsEnsure all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and industry regulations (including loans, escrow, licensing)Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and digital ads to promote listingsManage and update online property listings and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)Support coordination of virtual tours, open houses, and digital promotional campaignsQualifications:At least 3 years of experience supporting US and UK Real Estate Markets 1+ year of Real Estate Cold Calling experience (AU/NZ market preferred)Proficient in CRM & transaction tools such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar platformsC1-level English fluency (both written and verbal)Preferred Attributes:Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in document handling and data entryComfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with real estate compliance requirements is a plusTechnical Requirements:Equipment is self-providedUSB Headset with Noise Cancellation featureWorking WebcamComputer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAMMain Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connectionBackup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 MbpsDual MonitorBenefits:Discretionary bonus - not a 13th month pay.Referral Bonus - 70 AUD per successful hire (1 month mark with the client)Dedicated support personFun cultureSupport from HR, Tax, and other specialties10 Paid Annual Leaves; 9 Paid Australian Holidays (ONLY regular employees); 1 Birthday LeaveCompany Outing (For tenured employees; 6 months)Paid Training100% Work-From-HomeBIR as you are a contractor (Required to submit any contributions required by the government.)
