The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in CRM management and administrative support.This role involves assisting our Property Strategists with client coordination, database management, and follow-up processes to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily administrative and operational support to Property StrategistsManage and update client information using HubSpot and other CRM toolsPrepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as requiredSchedule appointments, calls, and meetings with clients or internal teamsConduct property research, market comparisons, and data entry as neededMaintain and track client communication to ensure timely follow-upsCreate and manage spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Assist in coordinating marketing activities, email campaigns, and lead trackingPerform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assignedKey Skills and Qualities:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setupWillingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)Willingness to provide an NBI clearanceTechnical requirements:Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+256GB Storage space - minimum8GB RAM - minimumDual Core CPU - minimumCamera: HD Webcam (720p)Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimumAbout UsOutsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
