Help us build something new—apply or refer someone today!TITLE: Warehouse Operator (ITC)REPORTS TO: Logistics Manager (ITC)JOB STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt, Located at The Harmar FacilitySUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: This position has no direct reportsOverviewThis position will be responsible for loading and inspecting outbound shipments, while also unloading & inspecting inbound shipments.

Individuals will also be tasked with labeling, preparing and inspecting material. This position will may position, transport, and store material as directed by management. Primary Duties And Responsibilities Regular attendance and punctuality. Capacity to work safely and efficiently. Verify proper labeling of products. Scan and store finished product in proper area. Pull product from inventory and build orders for customer shipment. Follow detailed instructions in sales notes. Load and unload materials/pallets from trailers. Maintain inventory and stock rotation. Present Bill of Lading to driver/carrier for release to freight company.

Be sure driver signs and applies PROlabel to BOL & pallet. Take pictures of shipment when required. Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse. Verify documents included with shipments. Willingness to understand and demonstrate government policies, procedures and guidelines by supervisor. (e. g. , ISO, DOT, etc. ) Get along well with others. Maintain and demonstrate personal accountability. Willingness to ABL (always be learning) and/or ABT (always be teaching). Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Minimum Requirements High School graduate or General Equivalency Diploma Forklift experienceDemonstrable verbal and written communication skillsAbility to complete DOT certificationsPreferred Qualifications One to Three years of experience in warehousing Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 platformsPosition Type And Expected Hours Of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7 a. m. to 3 p. m. There is occasional mandatory overtime, including weekend work on short notice. Work Environment This job operates in an Industrial setting, which uses handheld scanner, forklift, shrink wrapper, pallet jack, drum picker, crimping tools, air compressor and hand tools.

Physical, Sensory, And Mental RequirementsThis position includes frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and kneeling, while sitting for extended periods of time is rare. Climbing and running are occasionally performed. One should be able to lift unassisted up to 50 lbs. , while any weight above that is occasional. This position will frequently carry up to 50 lbs. , and any weight above that will not be done without assistance.

Grasping, pulling, and pushing items is common. Operating pedals is not frequent but may occur. It is occasional to manipulate ones hands. There will be frequent exposure to hazards such as chemical, height, noise, electrical, and changes in temperature and humidity. This position occasionally requires one to be able to write legibly and operate around sharp instrument, while driving a vehicle is important. It is important to hear normal and soft tones and distinguish temperature by touch and proximity. Normal or corrected to 20/40 eyesight is important, as is close eye work, and color recognition.

Ability to distinguish smells is slightly important. It is vital that one can read, speak, and write English. While an individual in this position must control their emotions, there is a moderate stress level with this position. END
