comJoin us, and make an impact as an Operations Coordinator (Full-time, 6-month fixed term parental leave cover from September 2025 to February 2026) “Operations” in this role means all aspects connected to our food production facility in Herttoniemi. In a nutshell, you’ll ensure we produce the right quantities of products, at the right time and level of quality, and make sure they are delivered on time to the right customers. This role is a true startup growth accelerator role, combining both hands-on hustling tasks, running existing processes but also developing them further.

Though this starts with a 1-year contract, Rebl Eats is growing at +200% and there will always be a spot for the right talent to continue with us after. We will prioritize motivation, skills, and attitude over experience. You could get to start as a coordinator and we hope to see you taking on more responsibility and significant roles as we grow together. Relevant work experience (e. g. from operations, logistics, supply chain or food industry) is a plus. And relevant academic studies (e. g. from business, engineering or food science) as even a bigger plus.

Some first professional work experience through internships or traineeships is a must. To More Experienced TalentsBeyond filling this position, our goal is always to find the right talents to grow with us, so the role will be somewhat tailored to the skills and experience of the right talent. If the skillset is right, there is an opportunity to take on more complex tasks and responsibilities quite quickly e. g optimizing/scaling current processes.
