Position Summary PrismFP Analytics is the technology & operations arm of PrismFP Group, a young and innovative FinTech firm with a mission to disrupt the traditional brokerage and asset management models. The Group has offices in central London, New York, Copenhagen and Tallinn. PrismFP Analytics supports the Group’s brokerage business by offering a differentiated end-to-end digital platform, supporting the entire derivative trading life cycle and all downstream integrations, analysis, and reporting. As a trusted partner for institutional clients engaged in derivative trading, we believe in automation and the smart application of technology across all areas of our business. We are looking for a team-oriented, well-rounded Receivables Operations Analyst to join our growing PrismFP Analytics Brokerage team.  You will be given the opportunity to impact the success of the company and have an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial industry. You will benefit from the mentorship of current senior analysts, facilitating your professional development and growth in this position.What you’ll do The primary responsibility is the driving of the AR functions within the PrismFP Group. There are many aspects to this role – including: Billing: affirm trades billed through the billing system FIA Tech Atlantis and generate, distribute manual invoices. Debt collection: proactively follow up with clearers (multinational investment banks) via calls and email; track payment commitments and outcomes. Derivative (options and futures) trade life-cycle reconciliations, including daily and monthly cash reconciliations for debt settlement. Trade investigation: resolve reallocations and rate discrepancies by coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Client Management to ensure accurate billing. Data analysis and internal/external reporting, contributing to operations to help to maintain and improve any processes used by the Finance team. Ad-hoc projects led by Finance and/or Operations  You will receive training and support to excel in this role.
