Have you just finished your degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and are now looking for job opportunities?We are currently looking for a recently graduated Installation and Commissioning Engineer who is interested in developing a career in the railway sector.Leading integration company of control systems for railway and urban transit networks, offering solutions such as signaling, supervision, and centralized control, developed for the train, metro, tram, suburban rail, and intercity transport sectors, is looking for its next Installation and Commissioning Engineer.As an Installation and Commissioning Engineer your mission will be to assist the Installation Manager in conducting on-site installation supervision, overseeing and managing construction units and be responsible for communicating and coordinating with external interfaces.Location: Guadalajara, Mexico, Plaza del Sol KeyResponsibilitiesAssist the Installation Manager in on-site installation supervision.Oversee and manage construction units under the Installation Manager’s guidance.Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders.Support Signal and Communication (SIGTELCOM) and Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS) commissioning engineers during commissioning activities.Liaise with Sistema de Tren Eléctrico Urbano (SITEUR), the China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC Hong Kong), and other stakeholders regarding construction work applications.Assist the supervisor in conducting on-site witnessing and signing relevant reports.Participate in post-project maintenance activities.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Technology, Electric Engineering, Automation, or related fields.Language: Advanced EnglishExperience: Recent GraduatesCandidates with 1+ years of experience in urban rail signaling, communications, or ISCS will be given preference.Safety Awareness: Familiarity with safety-related standards and a strong understanding of safety risk management.Desirable SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility.Ability to handle pressure and willingness to take responsibility.Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
