You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Executive Assistant and Office Services Manager to support meeting arrangements and keep things running seamlessly.On the administrative side, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Clinical Education Team. What You’ll Do:Front Desk & Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office experience.First Point of Contact: Deliver a warm, professional welcome to visitors and callers, embodying a true “welcome mentality.”Maintain a Professional Workspace: Ensure the office environment is organized, presentable, and inviting at all times.Mail & Parcel Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and timeliness.Meeting Room Oversight: Schedule and maintain meeting spaces for optimal functionality.Switchboard Management: Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately with courtesy and efficiency.Clinical Education Support: Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for customer events and healthcare provider engagements.Executive & Office Services Support: Provide backup assistance to the Executive Assistant and Office Services Manager as needed.Vendor & Service Provider Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability of services.General Administrative Assistance & Safety Officer : Deliver comprehensive support across various administrative tasks and take the role of the Safety Officer back up.Special Projects – Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives and additional responsibilities as required.
