This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences – both behind the desk and behind the scenes.Reception DutiesWelcome guests with professionalism and warmthProcess check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our booking system (RMS knowledge a plus)Provide information about the park and local attractionsManage daily office administration and handle cash/card transactionsCoordinate with Housekeeping on room readinessHousekeeping DutiesClean and prepare cabins and communal facilities to a high standardEnsure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guestsWork efficiently, independently, and with attention to detailWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in front office reception and/or housekeepingA passion for delivering great customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident with computers and reservation systems (RMS preferred)Great time management and organisational skillsAbility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidaysA current, valid driver’s licence is essentialPositive attitude and a flexible, team-oriented mindsetHow to ApplyAre you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in the hospitality industry?
