Reception & Reservation Manager

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Reception & Reservation Manager to join our award - winning team at GAIA in Doha. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within high-end restaurant conceptsFluent in English, additional languages will adventageousCurrently based in Doha, or willing to relocateKey Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the reception and reservations teamHandle all guest reservations, inquiries, and special requests professionally and promptlyOptimize table allocations to maximize revenue while ensuring guest comfortMaintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest service at all timesTrain, schedule, and supervise reception and host team membersWork closely with the service and management teams to ensure smooth guest flowManage and maintain reservation systems (e. g. SevenRooms, OpenTable)Handle VIP bookings and guest profiles with discretion and attention to detailWhat We Offer:
