Ensure excellence in service quality, and adherence to Kerten Hospitality's brand standards. Process bills and handle payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, ensuring readiness for each service period.CONNECTION Build rapport with guests by being attentive, approachable, and professional. Anticipate customer needs and respond promptly to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.INNOVATION Identify opportunities for improvement in operations.
