Mô tả công việcTo advise relevant Senior Management of all incoming VIP guests so that special requirements that may need to be attended to are actioned accordingly.To coordinate with Housekeeping Department to ensure the rooms are ready before guest arrival.To ensure that every reservation contains the correct and applicable information. This will alleviate guest concerns during the check in and check out procedure.To ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into the OPERA and errors are kept to an absolute minimum. This practice will allow the production of true and correct statistical information which will in turn ensure the overall hotel operation.To greet guests with the most hospitable attitude at the hotel.To be knowledgeable of VIP guests and repeat guests whenever possible addresses such guests by name.To make check-in, check-out process and to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.To inform to all relevant departments in case of having any guest with special needs for proper attention.To work closely with F&B Department to ensure services provided are to the satisfaction of the guests.To ensure that all guest inquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional, warm and friendly manner.To follow up with guests’ payment.To answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.To ensure that all telephone inquiries are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the Hotel.To be constantly aware of all rates and rate structures, promotion programs, packages and special rates that may be applicable at Hotel Nikko Saigon.To be constantly aware of the complete range of services and products that Hotel Nikko Saigon will provide to its guests and visitors.To note the events & functions of the day to guide guest accordingly.To ensure that You have a comprehensive knowledge of Saigon and what is happening within the city at all times, and all guest or caller inquiries are met with prompt, informative friendly solutions.To alert Security whenever a suspicious looking person or troublemaker in the area.To keep alert for guests entering and leaving the Hotel.To be willing to offer assistance at all times.To adhere SOP.To coordinate closely with relevant departments to solve guest problem and report to Duty Manager of that working shift accordingly.To record and report the problems concerning guests to Duty Managers in Daily Guest Service Logbook.To attend hotel and departmental meetings and training sessions fully.To comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.To adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.Yêu cầu công việcCollege graduate, hospitality major is preferableEnglish skill: equivalent to B2 minimumPleasant lookingGood manner in communicationWilling to work shiftsTại sao bạn yêu thích làm việc tại đâyVery attractive service charge13th month salary14th month bonus based on performance and business resultThe bonus for public holidays throughout the year, New Year holiday and Lunar New Year according to regulationsPay insurance based on the contracted salary during the probation period, according to the Social Insurance LawWork 5 days per week or 44 hours per weekMeal allowance on duty (02 meals per day)Annual health check-upUniforms and Laundry service providedYearly outing trips (both domestic and international)Free parking
