Mckelan Construction are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist/ Office Administrator.Mckelan Construction are a very busy Construction Company based in Bree, Co Wexford.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and providing administrative support.General DutiesAct as the first point of contact for suppliers and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently and professionally.Maintain and update office records, filing systemsAssist Quantity Surveyors, Site Foremen, Project Managers, Office Manager and Accounts with day-to-day administrative tasks.Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring approvals, tracking, and documentation are accurate and compliant with company procedures.Support procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and maintaining supplier records.Assist with site safety documentation.Coordinate with contractors and suppliers regarding deliveries, invoices, and project requirements.Other general administrative duties that may arise.SkillsPurchasing Receptionist Administration Organisation BCAR
