Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving complaints, and providing information about our services and products.
