Job Description

Location : Tekirdağ - Çerkezköy Management of incoming calls.Supervise the incoming and outgoing shipments/mails.Issue visitor badges for all guests.Provide guest internet access if /when required.Meeting and greeting visitors.Ensure the reception desk is kept clean and tidy at all times in line with company standards.Provide prompt, efficient and polite response to both visitors and employees either face to face, via the telephone and e-mail communication.Management of meeting rooms booking and preparation of the rooms according to the employee needs.Acting as a single point of contact for employee and visitor requests and inquirie.Management of office supplies and stationery stock levels.Ensure the office space is kept in line with the company standard (cleaning, technical equipment's checking etc) via daily walks.Timely reporting of any issues to the direct line manager that impact in the office space and employee experience (critical equipment failure, Landlord related issues, Healt&Safety and first aid reporting).Prepare and submit routine Facility Management operation related reports to direct line manager.Manage relationships with service suppliers and vendors to ensure contractual SLAs and KPI are met.Administrating internal company tools and processes.Carry out operational duties directed by management.In addition to all above, other duties may be assigned by the line manager.
