Job Description: Welcome and assist guests and visitors at the office, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls.Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are properly prepared.Provide concierge support to the team as needed.Schedule and organize internal and external video conferences for the team.Coordinate and support the HOD’s calendar and meetings.Handle courier services, including DHL shipments, local deliveries, and online orders.Maintain organized filing systems and oversee document control.Manage petty cash and credit card reconciliations.Support the onboarding process for new employees.Oversee office inventory, supplies, and ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness.Liaise with building management for maintenance and facilities matters.Support corporate affairs activities, including internal events, birthdays, catering, and table arrangements.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar roleMS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
