Our diverse team contributes to our agility, creativity, and responsiveness to client needs.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Maslak, Istanbul. This is a full-time, on-site position.The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-office experience. The ideal candidate will manage reception operations, support administrative functions, and assist with basic office coordination and data management.ResponsibilitiesThe Receptionist will:Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and packages.Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting rooms.Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare for client visits.Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed (scanning, filing, document tracking).Assist in collecting and maintaining office-related data (supplies, attendance records, visitor logs, etc.).Monitor and order office supplies, beverages, and other operational needs.Collaborate with HR, Admin, and IT teams for onboarding new employees and general office logistics.Ensure compliance with internal security and access procedures.QualificationsFluent in both English and Turkish (spoken and written).1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (preferably in a corporate environment).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong sense of responsibility.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a multinational or technology company.Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.Basic data entry or reporting experience (Excel or Google Sheets).Compensation & BenefitsA supportive and collaborative team environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.Standard office hours (Monday–Friday).Salary paid in USD.
