About The JobWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist/Executive Assistant. The Receptionist / Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing front-office management, administrative coordination, and executive support to the Country Manager. The role ensures efficient day-to-day office operations, professional representation of the organization, and timely delivery of administrative and executive functions.ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Administrative SupportServe as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.Manage telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and courier deliveries.Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and front-office records.Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, and travel arrangements for management and staff.Executive AssistanceProvide high-level administrative support to the Country Manager including calendar management, meeting preparation, and minute-taking.Draft, review, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Coordinate appointments, internal communications, and stakeholder engagements on behalf of the Country Manager.Liaise between the Country Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.Office Coordination & CommunicationEnsure smooth coordination between departments and support in organizing internal and external meetings.Manage bookings for company facilities and ensure proper use of resources.Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace culture aligned with the company’s values and standardsRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Public Relations, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.Experience supporting senior management or executives is highly desirable.Fluency in English (written and spoken).French proficiency will be considered an added advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of organization and time management.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Professionalism and reliability.Initiative and proactive attitude.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Adaptability to a fast-paced and multicultural environment.Apply now
