The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, flexible, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, multicultural environment.As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in upholding INOI’s reputation for professionalism and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.Manage a busy switchboard, directing calls promptly and efficiently to appropriate departments.Coordinate meeting room schedules, ensuring seamless operations and a tidy reception area.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services with accuracy and attention to detail.Provide administrative support to various departments when required.Ensure all employees report to duty punctually and maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.Assist in the training and development of team members to enhance efficiency and performance.Demonstrate flexibility by performing other reasonable duties as assigned to meet business needs.Attend required trainings and departmental meetings.Maintain composure under pressure, assessing and reacting to situations with sound judgment and professionalism.Qualifications and Skills:Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and Russian.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role.Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance suitable for a corporate environment.Quick learner, adaptable to new systems, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and a calm, courteous demeanor.Flexible to work shifts (from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., from time to time).Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and familiar with general office equipment.
