For an international sports and lifestyle brand with its European headquarters in Amsterdam, we are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist. You will join a dynamic and informal environment where teamwork and an energetic mindset are key. They are based in a fantastic modern office, at a great location in Amsterdam. In this role, you are the first point of contact for visitors and employees. You ensure a warm welcome and a smooth execution of all daily reception tasks. You will work closely with the facility and office management teams.Tasks and responsibilities:Welcoming and registering visitorsAnswering incoming phone calls and emailsBooking and preparing meeting roomsSupporting the Office Management teamHandling incoming and outgoing mail and packagesLight administrative dutiesIdentifying issues and contributing to a hospitable work environmentRequirements:Experience in a reception, hospitality, or administrative rolePresentable, service-oriented, and communicatively strongFluent in English and good in Dutch Well-organised and can maintain oversightAvailable for 2 fixed days per weekAccurately and are confident in your approachWhat we offer:Part-time position for 2 days per weekSalary 2.500 - 3.100 on fulltime basisTemporary contract for 6 monthsInternational and energetic working environmentMarket-competitive salaryTravel allowance and solid secondary employment benefits
