The roleOur Eden village in Mt Eden, Auckland are looking for a part time Receptionist to join their dedicated team.What you’ll be doing:Being the welcoming face of our businessProviding excellent administrative support Ensuring the smooth running of service deliveryDelivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guestsDelivering professional customer service and administrative assistance in a style that brings calm to a busy environment.What you’ll bring:3+ years’ experience in a similar positionAn ability to problem solve effectively as you will be dealing with all manner of people and queries from visitors, contractors, residents and their familiesExperience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliersExcellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft suiteAn ability to build rapport, provide assistance and treat residents with respectEligibility to work in NZ.
