How You Will Create An Impact You are service-oriented and representative, with strong communication skills, serving as the face of Simon-Kucher for both colleagues and external visitors. You are independent but also enjoy working in a team. You ensure that visitors feel welcome and that day-to-day office operations run smoothly. You help maintain a tidy, pleasant, and well-organized office environment, including coordination with facility partners when needed.You manage practical matters such as mail, packages, office supplies, and meeting logistics. You have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others. Your Profile Completed MBO-level education (or equivalent), preferably in Office Management, Facilities, or Hospitality.Previous experience in a similar role is required. You are familiar with and comfortable in a business environment with a partner structure. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English. You are proficient in Outlook and calendar management.Organized, responsible, and proactive mindset.
