Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist Check Out Manager to manage customer services at reception deskDisplay a high level of Customer Service at all times; listen carefully, answer inquiries, provide store directions, and handle issues with a sense of urgencyGreet the customers with a warm smile and greeting, making eye contactEnsure that every phone call is answered by reception staff with the right service levelAssist customers to fill in membership application form, inform customers about membership requirements, and issues cards with efficiencyEnsure that customers understand clearly about Makro’s policiesEnsure that all visiting customers are Makro’s members and solve any problems about member cardsPrepare Makro Mails for any customers who do not receive and solve distribution issuesReceive customer complaints, prepare documentation with signature, and propose to CDM for problem solvingMonitor and ensure that returned merchandises of customers follow by regulationReport fraud and related issues with Check Out Manager, ASGMMonitor outstanding balance of return cash and revolving cash on daily basisVerify correctness of Loyalty Campaigns and cash couponsIssue tax invoices with efficiencyHandle Bag Deposit servicesHandle merchandise repair by vendor according to company policy, preparing documentation for merchandise “In and Out”Handle VAT refund for foreignerHandle in-store announcing, including paging, news, and information about sales promotionsPrepare record in logbook for customer’s lost and found itemsProvide receipt of fine payment regarding loss of Car Park ticket by customerEnsures board for Makro Mail promotion is kept current in front of the storeHandle returned merchandises by credit cards, Aeon card, or First Choice card to comply with company’s policiesMonitor cleanliness and safety of operation area, and maintain tools and equipments to be in good working conditionPerforms any other tasks not specified herewith as assignedJob RequirementsEducation and/or Job Experience RequirementsHigh school or diploma (management or related field)At least 1 to 2 years experience, preferably in customer service fieldBe able to work at weekendHow To ApplyHR DepartmentTel: 098 99 67 36Email: hrmkhst01@makrocambodia.comLocation: St 1003, Phnom Penh Tmey, Sen Sok.Company DescriptionWhole Sales and retails
