What We ExpectRole ResponsibilitiesPerform opening procedures, including unlocking the front entrance and preparing the reception area for daily operationsGreet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer, screen and redirect incoming calls and emails as appropriateMaintain a clean and well organized reception areaSchedule appointments and help manage meeting room bookingsSupport event logistics such as catering, attendance tracking and coordinationReceive, accept, sort and distribute main and deliveriesAssist with a variety of administrative tasks, filing, ordering supplies and coffee, document preparationProvide information and assistance to internal stakeholdersAdhere to security procedures for all guests and visitors, ensuring proper sign-in protocols are followedSupport other departments with administrative tasks as neededOther duties as assignedWho we are looking forRole QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is considered an assetA minimum of 2 years relevant experience working within a fast-paced environmentPunctual with strong attendance recordProven proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word,.
