This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing front desk activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth daily operation and maintenance of the clinic. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors and patients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Schedule and manage appointments, maintain calendars, and support meeting logistics.Provide administrative support to our team, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all areas, including maintenance tasks.RequirementsExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar or eager to learnSuperb communication skills, including in written and spoken EnglishAbility to prioritize tasks and to work both independently and as a teamProblem-solver and can-do attitudeAbility to go the extra mile for superb customer serviceQualificationsExcellent communication skillsFriendly, professional demeanour with attention to detail.Organized, methodical with an eye for detailFluency in Portuguese and English
