Job Scope: Dredge Master (Cutter Suction Dredger)ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the safe and efficient operation of the dredger in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.Oversees all dredging activities, ensures crew performance, and maintains effective communication with shore management.Promotes safety, environmental protection, and equipment reliability throughout operations.RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience on Cutter Suction Dredgers, including 2 years as Master/Dredge Master.In possession of valid STCW Certificates.Physically and medically fit for service as per MLC requirements.
