ROLE PURPOSEThe Record-to-Report (RtR) Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of 4P’s Corporation’s financial reporting.This position oversees the end-to-end month-end closing, general ledger management, and compliance with both Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Acting as a guardian of financial accuracy and process excellence, the RtR Lead partners with cross-functional teams to ensure transparent reporting, effective reconciliations, and continuous improvement in the financial reporting cycle for Vietnam and expanding international operations.III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1. General Ledger & Month-End Close ManagementLead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.Ensure completeness and accuracy of journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and allocations.Maintain integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and ensure timely reconciliations.2. Financial Reporting & CompliancePrepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) in accordance with VAS and IFRS.Support internal and external audit requirements with accurate documentation and analysis.Monitor accounting policies and ensure consistent application across entities.3. Balance Sheet Integrity & ReconciliationOversee preparation and review of all balance sheet account reconciliations.Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial positions.Establish and maintain effective control policies for balance sheet substantiation.4. Process Improvement & Systems IntegrationIdentify opportunities for automation and efficiency within the RtR process.Collaborate with cross-functional and IT teams to improve reporting workflows and data quality.Drive best practices in accounting operations and documentation.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with FP&A, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end accounting accuracy.Support regional and group-level consolidation as required.IV. SUCCESS METRICS & KPIsTimely Closing: 100% adherence to monthly and annual closing timelines.Accuracy: Zero critical audit findings or financial misstatements.Compliance: Full adherence to VAS, IFRS, and internal control policies.Efficiency: Reduction in manual journal entries and reconciliation effort.Process Improvement: Documented enhancements or automation delivered per quarter.V. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Preferred: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.Language Proficiency:English – Advanced (spoken & written).Vietnamese – Fluent (spoken & written).VIII. REQUIRED EXPERIENCEDuration: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.Relevant Experience: Proven track record managing GL, closing, and reporting cycles.Industry: Prior experience in multi-unit retail, F&B, or hospitality is highly advantageous.Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating across finance and operational functions.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and mentor team members during critical cycles.IX.
