Job ID: 31032 Recovery and Loss Data Expert, Group Credit Management (permanent position), Nordics Would you like to work with the development of Nordea’s credit processes and solutions in Group Credit Management? We are now looking for a Recovery and Loss Data Expert in an exciting position combining regulatory and modelling aspects with credit processes and credit data. You will be working in a team responsible for the automated collection of recovery data for all types of customers and will be reporting to the Head of Recovery and Loss Data.About Our TeamWelcome to the Recovery and Loss Data team in Group Credit Management. We are the owner of the recovery and loss data solution for Nordea and drive the development projects in this area. We work closely with our stakeholders and development units in the business areas, regulatory and modelling teams, and our IT partners in this space.Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us. Main responsibilities in this role: Interpret regulatory and modelling requirements on loss data and drive implementation in development projects Lead initiatives to automate recovery data collection processes Build relationships with stakeholders across Group Credit Management, Business Areas, Risk Models, and Technology Develop expertise in high-risk customer processes and applicationsWho You AreThis is the right role for you if you: Have hands on experience in model development or developments projects from areas like credit processes or credit data in banking or consultancy firms Are passionate about credit risk management and have a good understanding in accounting principles, regulatory requirements, systems, and data flows Are analytical and solution-oriented, applying creative thinking to complex problems Take ownership of your responsibilities and collaborate effectively as part of a team Act with initiative, driving projects forward independently Focus on results while maintaining flexibility to support team objectivesYour background and skills include: 3-5 years of experience in: Knowledge of LGD models and regulatory requirements (EBA guidelines, EGIM, CRR) Understanding of credit processes for both household and corporate customers Data analysis skills, preferably Python coding experience Experience with ECB regulatory environment Strong communication skills and ability to drive stakeholder meetings Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines Positive "can-do" attitude and solution-oriented mindsetFluency in English at professional level (written and spoken) What We OfferPeople come here when they want to get somewhere.
