About The JobUnder factoring contracts Domestic, Import and/or Export for BNP Paribas Factor Portugal and BNP Paribas Factor Spain, the Debt Collector is responsible for the recovery of debts. He/She responds to the Team Leader of the Recovery Process International. The actions carried out must consider the subsidiary's development priorities in terms of products and markets and be carried out in a spirit of transversally with the subsidiary's other management. The debt collector must execute his work in a responsible manner in accordance with the values and beliefs of the BNPP Group – Code of Conduct – particularly the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.Business MissionFollow up buyers by telephone, email or other means to obtain payment of invoices;Qualify and analyse information obtained from buyers on reasons for non-payment;Controlling buyer risk by sharing information with our clients;Know and apply the rules and vigilance instructions introduced by Compliance and/or the principals in terms of both Financial Security and Protection of client interests, Market Integrity, Professional Ethics or Banking and Tax Laws.Your main activities areDealing portfolios actions; Carry out recovery actions by telephone/email/other to qualify invoices;Process incoming calls and emails;Updating contact details;Check the seller's activity to make the right questions during the recovery action; Analysing the buyer's behaviour (typology) in order to adapt the conversation and make the right decisions;Identify incorrect benefits or invoices and inform the supplier about the dispute;Transmit to the clients legal department, the risks detected (buyers in RJ/LJ or false invoice); Report buyer/seller claims and assist in resolution; Participate in the department's productivity by proposing improvement ideas;Perform other missions and/or administrative tasks defined by the Leader Team as part of the monitoring of the activity;Acts in accordance with the instructions of Compliance and/or the clients and in relation to the fight against money laundering, the financing of terrorism, tax fraud, internal and external corruption, market integrity, banking and tax laws and applies the guidelines on International Financial Sanctions and the KYC policy; Act with ethics and integrity, in accordance with the code of conduct and the protection of client interests.Behavioural SkillsProfile and skills to successClient focusedOrganizational skillsAbility to deliver/Results drivenAbility to collaborate/ TeamworkAdaptability- Attention to detail/rigorCommunication skillsOral & writtenTransversal SkillsAnalytical AbilityAbility to develop others & improve their skillsAbility to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, trainingBusiness SkillsFactoring recoveryMiddle Office OperationsOperations and processesLanguagesEnglish (mandatory)Spanish (mandatory)Why joining BNP Paribas?
