Vacancy for a Reputed IT Company !!Location: KathmanduPosition: Recovery OfficerJob Summary:We are looking for a diligent and proactive Recovery Officer to help manage and support the recovery of outstanding payments related to sales, financing, or service dues. The ideal candidate will work closely with the finance and sales teams to ensure timely collections and maintain positive customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Payment Follow-up: Contact customers through calls, emails, and visits to remind them of overdue payments.Recovery Coordination: Assist in planning and executing recovery strategies for pending loans, EMIs, or service dues.Record Maintenance: Update payment status and maintain accurate records of communications and recoveries.Customer Support: Address customer queries related to billing, dues, and payment arrangements.Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management review.Field Visits: Conduct field visits to meet customers if necessary to facilitate recoveries.Documentation: Ensure all recovery actions are properly documented and maintain confidentiality.Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines while performing recovery activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or accounts, preferably in the automobile or finance industry.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult conversations professionally.Willingness to travel locally as needed.Preferred Skills:Experience dealing with vehicle loans or automobile finance recovery.Knowledge of basic legal recovery procedures.Bilingual skills are an advantage (depending on the location).
