Now, they’re hiring a Lead Product Analyst to help shape what comes next. What’s the role? ?You’ll be joining the Product Data team, sitting at the centre of product strategy, user insights, and business decisions. This role isn’t about pulling data for someone else’s questions. You’ll help define the questions in the first place. You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, AI, and business teams to make sure every decision is grounded in user behaviour and real-world performance.

You’ll go deep into the data, but also zoom out to tell the story, drive the strategy, and influence the roadmap. If you're excited by generative AI, curious about user behaviour, and passionate about turning numbers into action, this is one worth exploring.

What will you be doing? ??Build and own the product metrics framework, defining core PLG metrics and success criteria across the full user journeyTranslate user behaviour into insight, and insight into product decisionsCollaborate with PMs, engineers, and business leads to uncover opportunities and shape roadmap prioritiesLead experimentation strategy, setting up A/B testing foundations and measuring impactCombine quantitative data and qualitative research to validate ideas and identify opportunitiesPartner with data engineers to ensure accurate tracking and scalable analyticsTurn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence product directionWhat we’re looking for ?5+ years in product or data analytics, ideally in a fast-paced product-led companyStrong SQL skills and experience with statistical analysisExperience defining and tracking PLG metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retentionComfortable working with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, AI, and execsAbility to connect user behaviour with business goals and product opportunitiesA strong communicator who can simplify complexity and tell a compelling story with dataBonus if you have B2B or enterprise analytics experienceBonus if you’re familiar with generative AI tools or conceptsWhy this role? ?You’ll join a team that blends cutting-edge tech, real-world user impact, and serious creative ambition.
