Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement. Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute administrative and operational recruitment activities according to defined guidelines and procedures. Maintain and update recruitment documentation and candidate databases (e.g., CV records, reports, tracking systems). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide professional guidance throughout the hiring process. Assist in the creation, transmission, and processing of recruitment-related data and reports between relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment standards, policies, and processes. Plans and execution projects to improve recruiting processes. Requirements:University degree (preferably in Social Sciences, HR, Business Administration, or related field). Advanced level of English Advanced knowledge of MS Office Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented approach. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role is an advantage. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a plus.
