Our robust IT infrastructure and skilled team meet international quality standards, ensuring world-class service delivery and continuous improvement.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for Recruiters located in Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility. Recruiters will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional tasks may involve maintaining recruitment databases, providing candidate feedback, and assisting in creating job descriptions.Key Responsibilities:🔍 Talent Sourcing & AcquisitionSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for volume and niche hiring requirements.🤝 Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.Provide consultative support on recruitment strategies and market insights.📋 Process ManagementSchedule interviews and coordinate with panel members.Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.📈 Reporting & OptimizationTrack and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).Evaluate sourcing channels and recommend improvements.Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or tech environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms.Ability to work onsite in BGC and adapt to shifting schedules.Experience in bulk hiring and fast-paced recruitment is a plus.Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary and performance incentivesHMO, leave credits, night differential, and OT payWeekly learning sessions and career developmentFun and inclusive work culture at Six/NEO, BGC
