该职位来源于猎聘 ResponsibilitiesDiscuss with hiring managers to understand detail requirement of each positionPre-screen resumes to identify strong candidates as requested for each positionConduct first interviews and provide assessment summary to hiring managers upon recommendation of potential candidatesArrange interviews with hiring managers by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging if requiredDiscuss with hiring managers about the interview feedback and adjust the searching strategy if necessaryRelease offer letters and coordinate for new candidate’s onboarding processCommunicating to the recruiting manager for challenges or suggestions that will result in improvements to the sourcing and pipeline recruiting processBuild a consistent pipeline network of candidates to support current and future hiring needs and potential growth opportunities.Must follow and maintain consistency and support overall recruiting methodologies, process and workflow. Requirements:3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience in automotive field or manufacturing industryWorking experiences in headhunter company would be a plusExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and MandarinAbility to communicate effectively with hiring managers, third-party providers and candidates at all levels.A good team member, able to work under high pressureStrong MS Office skills
