We pride ourselves on fostering a stimulating work environment that prioritizes employee we-being.Strathmore has won dozens of prestigious landscaping awards over the years, setting the standard for excellence in the Canadian landscaping and snow removal industry.We are also proud to be one of the most climate friendly, culturally diverse and employee-centric companies in Canada.The roleWe are looking to expand our team with a motivated Recruiter, passionate about hands-on recruitment, who will contribute to attracting the best seasonal and permanent talent across our different regions.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle for both seasonal and permanent staff in the snow removal and landscaping sectorsDefine and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talentPost and promote job openings on various platformsConduct active sourcing (resume databases, social media, internal referrals, etc.)Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct phone or virtual interviewsBe proactive in managing operational staffing needs with managers in each regionMaintain a pipeline of available candidates at all times to respond quickly to hiring needsParticipate in job fairs and recruitment events to increase company visibility and actively recruitEnsure a positive and professional candidate experienceManage and coordinate the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth integrationProfile1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or seasonal contextExperience in customer service or sales (an asset)Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (ADP system is an asset)Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (a third language is an asset)Dynamic, open-minded, and results-oriented personalityProactive and comfortable working in collaboration with managers to anticipate staffing needsComfortable working with targets and commissionsStrong ability to manage priorities and work independentlyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with commission on successful hiresBenefits including Group insurance and group RRSPOpportunity to directly contribute to the growth of a national companyCollaborative and stimulating work environmentPotential for career growth within the companyReady to take on the challenge?Send us your application now by applying directly to this posting.
