Recruiter – ABA Therapy Talent Acquisition (Remote, US Hours)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruiter to support one of our American clients in locating the best talent in the ABA Therapy space.Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and presenting top candidates for positions in the ABA Therapy field. You will work closely with our client to understand their needs and help build a talented team to provide excellent therapy services. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely and requires availability to work during US-based hours to effectively communicate with our client and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively identify and source qualified candidates in the ABA Therapy field using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and database searches.Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidates' skills and experience, and determine their suitability for the client's needs.
