The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through various sourcing channels, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer closure.Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify high-quality candidates across multiple platforms.Use tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and social media to attract passive and active candidates.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability and fit.Maintain accurate and updated records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing and candidate engagement.Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and online sourcing strategies.Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, or Lever).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.Strong understanding of various hiring models (permanent, contract, and freelance).
