Recruiter and HR Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! Your main job duties will be to conduct the full cycle recruitment process including screening and second round interviews of candidates, on-boarding new hires, and ensuring the completion of employment documents and on-boarding procedures.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with operations leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop 30-, 60-, and 90-day hiring plans. Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for operational roles (e.g., supply chain, logistics, facilities, customer support, field operations). Streamline the recruitment process to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality and candidate experience. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, partnerships with universities). Develop compelling job postings and employer branding content that resonates with operations teams. Oversee learning and development programs, onboarding, certifications, and career progression paths for operations staff. Design workforce analytics dashboards to monitor turnover, engagement, productivity, training ROI, and safety metrics. Lead DEI strategies within the operations context and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies. Manage employee relations issues with a focus on timely resolution, coaching, and documentation. Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure seamless onboarding, workforce planning, and a positive candidate experience. Ensure HR policies and processes align with safety, labor regulations, and company standards. Drive process improvements in HR operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
