At Baringa, it’s our people who set us apart, and we play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and selecting the individuals who make that possible.What you will be doingLead on the recruitment of additional and replacement heads into our internal corporate functions (finance ,legal ,technology ,HR ,Marketing and Operations) within Bulgaria and Europe. Ensuring that our attraction, selection and recruitment methods are inclusive, timely and cost effective. Manage the 360 recruitment lifecycle, from taking a detailed brief, advertising, headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and other methods, conducting thorough candidate screening calls, leading regular review meetings with hiring managers and providing a value-add service to candidates and hiring managers through to onboarding. Partner closely with the business to proactively identify the best ways to approach the market in Bulgaria, and advise hiring managers on best practice. Provide an exceptional experience to candidates and stakeholders alike - this is something we pride ourselves on - every candidate, regardless of the outcome of the process, should be able to talk positively about their experience with us. Drive Baringa’s Balance (D&I) agenda across recruitment to ensure we are hitting our ambitions and continuing to improve the diversity balance as a business.Work with other Bulgarian team members to provide market insight, reports and participate in careers fairs.Your Skills And ExperienceYou will be an experienced recruiter, having worked ideally in both an Agency and In House background in the past. Professional services experience would be advantageous but not a requirement. You will have experience working as a true partner to the business, driving forward recruitment in all its stages from candidate sourcing to offer and beyond. You will have a strong track record of active talent sourcing through a variety of methods and techniques. You will be able to , and be excited to, juggle multiple requirements at once across varying levels and skillsets.
