Job Title: Recruiter Location: SingaporeJob Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.Assist in onboarding processes and smooth integration of new hires.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media sourcing.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in corporate, technology, or professional services sectors.Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing.Knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and HR best practices.
