Role: Recruiter – EU (Dutch Fluent Speaker)Location: Warsaw, PolandType: ContractJob Description:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in the European market.Collaborate with recruiters, BUHR, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.Ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and adherence to SLAs.Stay updated with labor laws and market trends in the recruitment domain.Experience in hiring both Blue Collar and White Collar roles.Facilitate effective coordination between upstream and downstream processes to enhance candidate experience.Mandatory Skills:3–6 years of recruitment experience in the European market.Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch.Knowledge of European labor laws and recruitment market trends.Experience in Blue Collar and White Collar hiring.Secondary Skills:Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.Technical Skills:Familiar with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Proficient in sourcing via online job boards and networking platforms.
