The combination of these will lead to a truly differentiated experience for you.Day to Day You’ll Be Responsible For:• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements• Administering the selection process / procedure effectively for all recruitments and working towards process improvement• Interviewing candidates based on specific roles and job descriptions.• Building pipelines of exceptional talent by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, events, tools, referrals and other creative ways to build the candidate pipeline• Strategically approach and develop relationships with passive and hard to find talent, cultivating these relationships over time• Capture, document competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts for various factors.• Adhere and follow quality systems, processes and policiesMust Have:• 3 - 6 years of related Recruiting/Staffing experience in the JAPAN region• Strong negotiation, account management, and strategic thinking skills• Strong Talent Acquisition and business consulting skills• Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes• Experience using influential tactics to involve team and extended team• Strong collaboration skills to successfully deliver cross-group initiatives• Experience in developing and optimizing multi-faceted processes• Experience in branding and utilizing social media for recruitment• Must be a self-starter and be able to understand the larger Indegene picture of business operations• Bilingual Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and EnglishOver all regional POC for the HR Functions in Japan
