We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join one of our clients' teams. You’ll play a key role in the recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every candidate.Primary Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles, ensuring timely hiring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a professional experience.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system throughout the recruitment cycle.Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and adjust hiring strategies as required.Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate quality.Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting our culture and opportunities.Requirements:3–4 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (BPO, shared services, or multinational company experience preferred).Candidates must be Panamanian citizens or hold a valid work permit for employment in PanamaAdvanced-Level English language skills (spoken and written).Proven success managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously and meeting hiring goals.Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other major job platforms.Time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.BenefitsAt Insignia, we value our team members and strive to create a supportive work environment.
