If you love variety in your work, get excited about learning new talent markets, and enjoy partnering closely with teams across functions and countries, this role will feel like home.About The RoleWhat you’ll do:Manage full-cycle hiring across technical, product, commercial, and operations roles.Proactively source and headhunt talent across Europe and beyond (mainly UK, Poland and Estonia).Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.Screen candidates, run structured interviews, and guide hiring teams through the process.Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role profiles and recruitment plans.Ensure a smooth, transparent candidate experience from first contact to offer.Keep our ATS up to date and support reporting, reference checks, and recruitment admin.Contribute to improving our recruitment processes and employer brand.What we’re looking for:Experience hiring in a fast-paced scale-up environment, ideally across multiple European countries.Strong track record recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical positions.Confident sourcer and headhunter who enjoys outreach and pipeline-building.Strong communicator who manages multiple roles and stakeholders with ease.Quick, curious, organised, and eager to learn and grow.Able to work independently while collaborating well with distributed teams.Bonus: experience with PHP/QA hiring, SaaS, or insurtech/fintech.Why Insly?Flexible working time and working place - we choose results over the process but know that with freedom comes accountability!
