Join us as a Recruiter Intern! This is a hands-on role where you'll help our recruiters find awesome candidates and make the hiring process smooth. No prior recruiting experience needed – just a willingness to learn and help!What You'll Do (Your Main Tasks):1. Help Find Candidates: Search for potential hires on sites like LinkedIn and job boards using simple techniques we'll teach you.2. Organize Interviews: Schedule calls and meetings between candidates and our team using tools like Google Calendar etc..3. Keep Things Moving: Update our applicant database with candidate info and job details.4. Talk to Candidates: Send friendly emails, answer basic questions, and help candidates feel welcome.5. Support the Team: Help with job postings, prepare simple documents, and join team meetings to learn.What We're Looking For (You!): - Currently studying any subject at university (HR/Business is a plus, but not required!) SMA/SMK Graduates are also welcomed. - Organized & Reliable: You can manage tasks, meet deadlines, and pay attention to details. - Great Communicator: You write clear emails and are comfortable talking to people. - Tech Comfortable: You know your way around Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets (or Microsoft Office). - Eager to Learn: You're curious about how hiring works and ask questions. - Positive & Helpful: You're friendly and enjoy being part of a team.No Experience?
