What You’ll Actually DoDevelop and execute smart recruitment strategies to attract top-tier real estate professionals.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Run LinkedIn outreach, social campaigns, and networking events to identify hidden talent.Partner directly with leadership and department heads to understand exact hiring needs.Conduct sharp, structured interviews assessing skills and cultural fit.Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Maintain a live candidate database for future hiring needs.Stay current with market trends, UAE labour laws, and best recruitment practices.Track KPIs, refine your system, and scale what works. Initial Qualification3–5 years of recruitment experience (real estate or high-growth sectors preferred).Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and outreach systems.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Fluent in English; Arabic or European languages a plus.Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, negotiation, and talent acquisition.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Nationality preference: British / European / Arabic.
