You will spearhead the recruitment process by developing strategies to attract top talents, streamline the hiring process, and build a strong employer brand. This is a mid-level position, ideal for someone ready to evolve and face new challenges in the recruitment scope within our esteemed and growth-oriented company.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsConduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsDesigning engaging recruitment contentSourcing, attracting and engaging great talent.Building a quality relationship with the internal customers and external centers of influence.Monitoring and applying recruiting best practices.Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Desired QualificationsHigh-energy and passionStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated ability to meet quotasBachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.Proven work experience as a Recruiter in the financial industry.Experience with HRMS, ATS, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.Adequate knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Superb interpersonal and communication skills.Nice-to-HavesMBA or relevant advanced degree.SHRM-CP or PHR professional certification.Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.Experience with diversity sourcing strategies.Ability and willingness to travel when required.Compensation: From $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through in-depth questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
