This role will focus on all aspects of sourcing and hiring talent for PAC, including multifamily site-level and leadership roles, as well as corporate support roles. This team member will be integral in ensuring that our properties and corporate teams are staffed with exceptional talent to maintain top-tier resident experiences.You Should Be:An experienced recruiter with a proven track record of delivering timely, high quality hiring resultsA problem-solver who enjoys complex staffing challengesAn exceptional talent sourcerAn executor who will relentlessly pursue hiring goalsA collaborative team player who values strong interpersonal relationshipsHighly motivated, energetic, and organizedWhat You Will Do:Own full-cycle recruiting for high volume, site-level roles, as well as site leadership and corporate rolesPartner with leaders to assess staffing priorities and execute hiring strategies; be nimble and flexible to react to changing needsDevelop and execute creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across the United StatesMaintain our talent pipeline by leveraging partnerships with trade schools, workforce development programs, and industry eventsFoster a seamless hiring experience, balancing speed, quality, and candidate engagementTrack and analyze hiring metrics, driving continuous improvement across recruitment processesWhat You Should Have:4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, retail, or related fieldsStrong knowledge of a variety of US labor markets and the broader recruiting landscapeAbility to manage multiple roles efficiently, balancing competing hiring prioritiesExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, connecting with candidates and hiring teamsProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting toolsExcellent attention to detailAbility to travel occasionally on an as-needed basisWhat We Offer:We believe that when we take care of our people, everything else follows. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position.
