ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESProven experience and strong exposure into hiring for Engineering and Manufacturing roles.Solid understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Power & Energy) requirements.Liaising with hiring managers, stakeholders, and clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidatesIdentifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.Responsible for full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boardingSourcing candidates from various job portals, LinkedIn & other databasesMaintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basisPRE-REQUISITESGood understanding and updates on latest recruitment trends on Engineering and Manufacturing hiringGood grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platformsDynamic & Self-motivated individual
